  1. Shahada<\/em> three times [ash-hadu an la ilaha illallah wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasaluh<\/em>]<\/li>\n
  2. astaghfirullah<\/em> 70 times;<\/li>\n
  3. Fatiha one time with the intention of participating in the blessings sent down with it when it was revealed in Makkah.<\/li>\n
  4. Ayat Aman ar-rasula (2:285-286).<\/li>\n
  5. Surat al-Inshirah (Surat 94) 7 times;<\/li>\n
  6. Surat al-Ikhlas (Surat 112) 11 times;<\/li>\n
  7. Surat al-Falaq (Surat 113) 1 time;<\/li>\n
  8. Surat al-Nas (Surat 114) 1 time;<\/li>\n
  9. la ilaha illallah<\/em> 10 times, the last time completing it with Muhammadun Rasulullah<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  10. Salawat ash-sharifa 10 times [Allahumma salli `ala Muhammadin wa `ala ali Muhammadin wa sallim<\/em>]<\/li>\n
  11. \u201cIhda<\/a><\/em>,\u201d that is, presenting the reward of the above recitation to the Prophet (s) and to the Shaykhs of the Naqshbandi Tariqat;<\/li>\n

  14. Salawat<\/em> [same as (10)] 100 times; 300 times on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.<\/li>\n
  15. one-thirtieth (juz<\/em>\u2019) of the Qur\u2019an, or instead Surat al-Ikhlas 100 times;<\/li>\n
  16. one chapter of\u00a0<\/span>Dala\u2019il al-Khairat<\/span><\/em><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>or instead salawat<\/em> 100 times.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
