locked=&#8221;off&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><i>A\u2019udhu billahi min ash-Shaytani \u2019r-Rajim<br \/>Bismillahi \u2019r-Rahmani \u2019r-Rahim<br \/>Dastur Ya Sayyidi Madad<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Every time we begin a\u00a0<i>suhbat<\/i>, association, we have to ask support.\u00a0 And\u00a0always, Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, may Allah bless him, as we are followers of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, Naqshbandi murids, we have to follow the same discipline.\u00a0 So we cannot change the discipline, and say, \u201cNo.\u00a0 Is it accepted or not accepted??\u201d We follow.\u00a0 They know better.\u00a0 Because they have taken from us a promise, initiation.\u00a0 We accepted their initiation on us of Naqshbandi Tariqah so it means they included us in their rope, in their\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><i>Rabitah\u00a0<\/i>is like a chain of keys.\u00a0 We are one key of this chain.\u00a0 Or like beads\u2014we are one piece from the beads.\u00a0 If there are 1,000 or 200 small pieces, we are one\u00a0part\u00a0of it.\u00a0 So we are connected together.\u00a0 So we have to follow what we have been taught, or else we are not executing the discipline of the\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>.\u00a0 So whatever the Shaykh does, we are always focusing on what he is doing.\u00a0 We are looking and focusing, and we are in<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0continuously, to learn what every piece\u2014what we have to say, what we have to read, what we have to\u2026\u00a0 look at what he is doing and learn from him and understand, and that is the meaning of a [form of] discipline in the\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>\u00a0by looking, by focusing, by\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>When the shaykh says \u201c<i>Dastur Ya Sayyidi Madad<\/i>,\u201d when he begins his\u00a0<i>suhbat<\/i>\u2014if you listen to him\u2014every\u00a0<i>suhbat<\/i>, every association, the shaykh sits.\u00a0 It means the association, when he sits, and there are 100 or 200 or 300, all of them are sitting in his presence and already they have accepted his hand and they have been initiated in the tariqa, so this association is the\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, the connection to each other.\u00a0 We say\u00a0<i>rabitat-aal al-Kabbani<\/i>,\u00a0<i>rabitat aal al-Ghalayyini<\/i>,\u00a0<i>rabitat aal al-Kuftaro<\/i>,\u00a0<i>rabitat aal al-Maliki<\/i>,\u00a0<i>rabitat aal al-Madani<\/i>,\u00a0<i>rabitat al<\/i>\u2026 It means the\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u00a0is the rope that connects all these families.\u00a0 For example we have\u00a0<i>rabitat aalul-Kabbani\u00a0<\/i>in Lebanon\u2014maybe thousands of people from the same family.\u00a0 So\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u00a0means\u2026\u00a0 the group, all of them connected together in one road, so they come and meet in a place.\u00a0 So this means\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.\u00a0 It means you are accepted to be under the banner of that group.<\/p>\n<p>Now what you do inside that group is different.\u00a0 But\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u00a0is that whole community of the same family, of the same relationship.\u00a0 So we are\u00a0<i>rabitat-al-Haqqani<\/i>.\u00a0 It means, we are\u00a0<i>Rabitat-aalu \u2019l-Haqqani<\/i>, or\u00a0<i>ash-Shaykhu \u2019l-Haqqani<\/i>\u2014we are in his connection, in his rope, connecting all of us together.\u00a0 Like, what is your family? Subki.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Aalu\u2019s-Subki<\/i>.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Rabitat aalu \u2019s-Subki<\/i>\u2014it means\u00a0all\u00a0of the Subkis who have that same family name\u2014they make an association and they say, \u201cOkay, we will meet together.\u00a0 And this is our leader in that.\u201d\u00a0 So this is the meaning of\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, to connect all those who are spread all over one place here and one place here\u2014no, he brings them together.\u00a0 The shaykh, his murids are scattered all over the world, so when he puts them in\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, it means he puts them in his chain, in his rope.\u00a0 So they are all connected to him.\u00a0 So that is\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.\u00a0 The rope that connects them.\u00a0 It is completely different from\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>As there is a physical\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u00a0through blood relations, there is a spiritual\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u00a0through spiritual relations.\u00a0 Blood relations is from\u00a0<i>silatur rahim<\/i>\u2014same cousins and relatives.\u00a0 They have a\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u00a0between them that connects them all.\u00a0 Spiritual means those who are under the same shaykh, who is connecting them through their spiritual beings\u2014souls and\u2026 which have been given to him on the Day of Promises, and given to him on\u00a0<i>Lailatu \u2019l-Isra\u2019 wa \u2019l-Mi\u2018raj<\/i>\u00a0by Prophet (s)\u2014gave him, dividing the\u00a0<i>ummah<\/i>.\u00a0 That is under his control, under his power.\u00a0 That is his\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>That is why in\u00a0<i>Khatmu \u2019l-Khwajagan<\/i>, when we do the\u00a0<i>Dhikrullah<\/i>,\u00a0<i>khatm<\/i>, we reach after\u00a0<i>Shahada<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>Astaghfirullah<\/i>, then what do we say? \u201c<i>Rabitatu \u2019sh-Sharif<\/i>\u201d\u00a0 After the Fatiha we say \u201c<i>Rabitatu \u2019sh-Sharifah<\/i>,\u201d it means, connect your heart and remember that you are in the rope, in the chain of the shaykh.\u00a0 You are in the same flock, like a shepherd with his sheep.\u00a0 They are looking, they know that they belong to that shaykh.\u00a0 It means you belong to that particular shaykh.\u00a0 So look, keep that relationship of spiritual childhood with the shaykh, and brotherhood with the followers.\u00a0 So the shaykh is the father, the followers are your brothers or sisters.\u00a0 It means, keep that in mind, and make sure, when the shaykh says \u201c<i>rabitah<\/i>,\u201d it means you are part of that association.\u00a0 It means renew your initiation in your heart with your shaykh, as if saying, \u201cO my Shaykh, I am still in your chain.\u00a0 Please, don\u2019t take me out.\u00a0 I am still there.\u201d\u00a0 That is the\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>That is your connection.\u00a0 You know to whom you are related.\u00a0 You are related to al-Haqqani, or related to another\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>.\u00a0 No.\u00a0 We are related to al-Haqqani, which is related to ad-Daghestani \u2013 Mawlana Shaykh \u2018Abdullah (q).\u00a0 Related to Shaykh Sharafuddin Daghestani.\u00a0 Related to Abu Muhammad al-Madani, related to Sayyid Jamaluddin al-Ghumuqi al-Husseini, all the way to Prophet (s).\u00a0 So this is our connection, this is our\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.\u00a0 This is the chain by which we reach there.\u00a0 It has nothing to do with\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is a completely different issue.<\/p>\n<p>Allah said in Holy Quran, \u201c<i>Inna-Allaha yudafi\u2018u \u2018ani \u2019ladheena aamanu<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0 Allah will defend those who believe and are believers.\u00a0 These people don\u2019t need to defend themselves.\u00a0 Allah will defend them.\u00a0 Allah will support them.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Yaa ayyuhal \u2019ladheena aamanu, in ja\u2019akum faasiqun bi naba\u2019in fatabayyanu \u2018an tuseebu qawman bi-jahaalatin fa tusbihu \u2018alaa maa fa\u2018altum naadimeen<\/i>. \u2013 \u201c<i>O ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0[49:6]<\/p>\n<p>O believers, if a\u00a0<i>faasiq<\/i>\u00a0(corrupted person) comes to you with news (something\u2014<i>bi naba<\/i>; for instance, saying, \u201cNo, I am coming to do this, and correct this, to correct your belief.\u00a0 I have been sent by the Shaykh, or by this, or by that.\u201d)\u00a0\u00a0Make sure, check completely whether he is right or wrong.\u00a0\u00a0<i>An tuseebu qawman bi jahaalatin<\/i>\u2014because if you believe without checking, then you are falling under that description\u00a0<i>an<\/i>\u00a0<i>tuseebu qawman bi jahaalatin<\/i>\u2014it means you are coming against someone who said the truth, but because of your ignorance without checking, you are attacking him or attacking others who are related to him, and trying to do their best for Islam, and trying to do their best for\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>, and trying to do their best for their shaykh.\u00a0 You are attacking for some low level mentality, or a plot that has been pressured on you in order to make you fall into the trap of Satan.\u00a0 It is better to check, and then to speak.\u00a0 It is good for any person who wants to correct belief to check whether people gave him the right information or the wrong information before attacking and creating a confusion and\u00a0<i>fitnah<\/i>.\u00a0 And Prophet (s) said, \u201c<i>Al-fitnatu na\u2019imatun la\u2018an-Allahu man ayqadaha<\/i>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<i>Fitnah,\u00a0<\/i>Confusion is dormant, Allah curses the one who brings it up.\u201d\u00a0 Because this is a\u00a0<i>fitnah<\/i>\u00a0for nothing.\u00a0 And Allah said:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u0625\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0647\u064e \u064a\u064f\u062f\u064e\u0627\u0641\u0650\u0639\u064f \u0639\u064e\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u0622\u0645\u064e\u0646\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0625\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0647\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064f\u062d\u0650\u0628\u064f\u0651 \u0643\u064f\u0644\u064e\u0651 \u062e\u064e\u0648\u064e\u0651\u0627\u0646\u064d \u0643\u064e\u0641\u064f\u0648\u0631\u064d<\/p>\n<p><i>Inna Allaha yudafi\u2018u \u2018an illadheena aamanoo inna Allaha laa yuhibbu kulla khawwaanin kafoor. \u201cVerily Allah will defend (from ill) those who believe: verily, Allah loveth not any that is a traitor to faith, or show ingratitude.\u201d<\/i>[22:38]<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah will defend those who are on the right way.\u201d\u00a0 We hope that we are on the right way, and Allah will defend us.<\/p>\n<p>It is completely\u00a0rejected\u00a0by Allah in Holy Qur\u2019an, saying \u201cDon\u2019t doubt anyone, because you will be regretful at the end.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u064a\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u064a\u064f\u0651\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u0622\u0645\u064e\u0646\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0625\u0650\u0646 \u062c\u064e\u0627\u0621\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0633\u0650\u0642\u064c \u0628\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0628\u064e\u0623\u064d \u0641\u064e\u062a\u064e\u0628\u064e\u064a\u064e\u0651\u0646\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0646 \u062a\u064f\u0635\u0650\u064a\u0628\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0642\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u064b\u0627 \u0628\u0650\u062c\u064e\u0647\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e\u0629\u064d \u0641\u064e\u062a\u064f\u0635\u0652\u0628\u0650\u062d\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0649 \u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0641\u064e\u0639\u064e\u0644\u0652\u062a\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0646\u064e\u0627\u062f\u0650\u0645\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e<\/p>\n<p><i>Ya ayyuha alladheena amanoo in ja\u2019akum fasiqun bi-naba\u2019in fa tabayyanoo an tuseeboo qawman bi jahalatin fa tusbihu \u2018ala maa fa\u2018altum naadimeen<\/i>. \u201c<i>O ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0[49:6]<\/p>\n<p>You are going to be regretful of what you have attacked without a reason.\u00a0 And always the characteristics of a shaykh, means he doesn\u2019t claim that he is a shaykh.\u00a0 You cannot claim that.\u00a0 If you are following a master, a shaykh, you cannot claim that you are a shaykh.\u00a0 It is bad\u00a0<i>adab<\/i>, bad conduct, out of discipline.\u00a0 You claim you are a student, and the lowest of students, in order that Allah will give you more.\u00a0 A representative of the shaykh, cannot claim he is a shaykh.\u00a0 He cannot claim he is something, he cannot say, \u201cI am annihilated in Allah\u2019s Presence,\u201d or\u00a0 \u201cI am so-and-so.\u00a0 I am the pure one.\u00a0 I am the sincere.\u00a0 And the rest are\u00a0beggars, the rest are\u00a0devils, the rest are\u00a0animals.\u201d\u00a0 You cannot say that.\u00a0 If you really represent the shaykh, and you are authorized, you have to be the lowest \u2013 under everyone, to make everyone happy.\u00a0 You cannot backbite! Where is that in the Prophet\u2019s (s) teachings!<\/p>\n<p><i>Al-ghiba, an-nameemah, al-buhtaan<\/i>\u00a0are not accepted in Islam! How do you throw\u00a0<i>ghiba<\/i>\u00a0against your brothers and sisters? Always your\u00a0<i>majlis<\/i>\u00a0is sitting and backbiting on issues that are not accepted.\u00a0 In their faces you make yourself the big lover.\u00a0 In their absence, you backbite each other.\u00a0 What kind of Islam, what kind of Shari\u2019ah, what kind of\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>\u00a0is that?<\/p>\n<p>I never heard Mawlana Shaykh Nazim in\u00a0all my life\u00a0speaking in the back of\u00a0anyone.\u00a0 Backbiting him, or trying to say, \u201cI am correcting his belief.\u201d\u00a0 Or \u201cI am correcting\u201d this or that or\u00a0 \u201cWhat he said is wrong.\u201d\u00a0 Never! He is so simple, so soft, so lenient with everyone, and trying to attract hearts of people, as Prophet (s) said,\u00a0<i>Idkhaalu \u2019s-suroori ila qalbi \u2019l-\u2018abd mina \u2019l-iman<\/i>\u00a0 \u2013 \u201cTo bring happiness to the heart of a servant is from\u00a0faith.\u201d\u00a0 So he tries to bring happiness, not to bring anger, not to bring confusion, not to bring destruction, not to bring depression, not to bring pressure, not to bring\u00a0lies, not to bring\u00a0<i>buhtaan<\/i>, not to make\u00a0<i>fitnah<\/i>\u00a0between people.\u00a0 No, never does the discipline of\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>\u00a0allow that.<\/p>\n<p>If you are doing that for a chair, or for fame, that is something else.\u00a0 If you want to be recognized by people, if you think that you are not recognized, that is a mistake.\u00a0 That is a sickness in yourself.\u00a0 Allah will recognize you! You don\u2019t need the people to recognize you.\u00a0 So when you find a chair empty, and you jump and sit on it to be recognized, by attacking your brothers or your sisters, or those most closely related to you, in order to get fame\u2014for what? For\u00a0<i>dunya<\/i>\u00a0issues? Or for\u00a0<i>akhira<\/i>? If it is for\u00a0<i>akhira<\/i>, it is not the discipline of\u00a0<i>akhira<\/i>, that kind of work.\u00a0 If it is for\u00a0<i>dunya<\/i>, then we understand that it is for\u00a0<i>dunya<\/i>.\u00a0 So we have to be very careful of such\u00a0<i>fitnah<\/i>, that we will be dragged by Shaytan.\u00a0 Even if you are a saint!!!<\/p>\n<p>Even saints! Sometimes Satan tries to drag them.\u00a0 And the example is Sayyidina Adam (as).\u00a0 He is a prophet! Prophets\u2014there is no resemblance between prophets and saints! A saint is not even the drop of the ocean of a prophet! What do you think about the Seal of Prophets (s)?\u00a0 So Sayyidina Adam (as) was dragged by Satan to eat from the tree, and he is a prophet.\u00a0 Do you not think that a saint will be dragged, if Allah wants him to be dragged? So you have to be very careful.\u00a0 There are 124,000 saints.\u00a0 Not one saint.\u00a0 Not two saints.\u00a0 Not three.\u00a0 There are\u00a0different levels! There are the lower levels to the highest level.\u00a0 And\u00a0<i>Alhamdulillah<\/i>, we believe that our shaykh, Sultan al-Awliya, Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani is the highest level.\u00a0 But there are 124,000 after him.\u00a0 Do you think that these on the lower level will not do any mistakes? Of course they do! Sahaba, among themselves had problems.\u00a0 Mu\u2019awiya and Sayyidina \u2018Ali, did they not have problems? They were fighting with each other and both of them are Sahaba! They were coming and fighting.\u00a0 Sayyidat A\u2019isha (r) was with Mu\u2019awiya against Sayyidina \u2018Ali (ra)\u2014and she was the wife of the Prophet (s).\u00a0 But we don\u2019t touch that subject, because it is Sahaba, it is between them.\u00a0 We back away.<\/p>\n<p>So don\u2019t try to create\u2026\u00a0 You have to learn discipline in\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>.\u00a0 And the discipline is to keep the line of brotherhood and sisterhood in the same\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, in the same chain\u2014it means in the same group, not to create\u00a0<i>fitnah<\/i>\u00a0in the group and to divide the group into hundreds of different pieces.<\/p>\n<p>There are two kinds of relationships in the discipline of\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>, even between saints.\u00a0 If you want to say \u201csaints\u201d for murids of Mawlana Shaykh\u2014there are saints among them.\u00a0 There are two different relationships.\u00a0 There is a spiritual relationship with each other\u2014because they do have spiritual relationships\u2014and there is also spiritual and blood relationships.\u00a0 There might be brothers among saints.\u00a0 And there might, among these brothers from both the physical and spiritual side, yet they might have different ways of looking at things.\u00a0 You cannot, as a brother\u2014you are in the same\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u2014if you are under a different saint, then what do you want to say, you are supporting your master.\u00a0 It is a different group of saints.\u00a0 But if you are under the same saint, you cannot, or else you are falling into a mistake.\u00a0 And don\u2019t think \u201cOh! How can they differ?\u201d They do differ.<\/p>\n<p>And the example of that, that they can differ, although they are physically and spiritually connected to the same shaykh, they can differ in the ways they approach things.\u00a0 Their destination is one, is Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, or Prophet (s), or Allah, but they take different ways.\u00a0 One goes to the right, one goes to the left, but at the end they meet at a certain point.\u00a0 But every one goes in a different direction.\u00a0 And don\u2019t think, \u201cOh! How does this happen?\u201d Yes.\u00a0 In Holy Qur\u2019an it is mentioned.\u00a0 In Surah Yusuf (as), \u00a0the children of Ya\u2019qub (as) \u2013 they are 12 prophets.\u00a0 They are prophets that Allah (swt) made them prophets.\u00a0 They got jealous of Yusuf (as), and what did they do? They wanted to\u00a0kill\u00a0him, at first! They wanted to kill Yusuf (as)! Because of their jealousy and hatred, they reached a level where they could not take it any longer, because Yusuf was\u00a0so\u00a0close to his father, doingeverything\u00a0to promote his father, teach the teachings of his father, Sayyidina Ya\u2018qub (as). He was the wise person, the closest to his father\u2014they tried to kill him.<\/p>\n<p>But what happened? Allah didn\u2019t want that.\u00a0 He wanted it to be a test for Yusuf (as), and a test for them, so he changed it, He stopped them by one of them saying, \u201cNo.\u00a0 We cannot kill him.\u00a0 We will put him in the well and leave him to die.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Allah called them\u00a0<i>Aali-Ya\u2018qub<\/i>.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Aali-Ya\u2018qub<\/i>\u00a0means\u00a0<i>rabitatu Ya\u2018qub<\/i>, it means that they are in the chain of Sayyidina Ya\u2018qub (as), in the rope, group or association of Sayyidina Ya\u2018qub (as).\u00a0 It means, that is the relationship,<i>rabitah<\/i>.\u00a0 But despite that\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, everyone does something opposed to it.\u00a0 So they went through their thinking, and what came to their minds? \u201cO let us kill Yusuf.\u201d\u00a0 Why? \u201cO, to get rid of him.\u00a0 Then we will be closer to our father, and he will love us more.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That is jealousy;\u00a0envy.\u00a0 In\u00a0<i>tariqah<\/i>, you must not do that.\u00a0 And these are prophets! Allah gave them prophecy! It was not ten of them.\u00a0 We said twelve before.\u00a0 Allah gave them prophecy.\u00a0 They are not saints! They were even of the highest level! So you say that there will be no such conflict? Yes! There will be such things.\u00a0 But Yusuf (as) took it as what?<\/p>\n<p>He said:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u0631\u064e\u0628\u0650\u0651 \u0642\u064e\u062f\u0652 \u0622\u062a\u064e\u064a\u0652\u062a\u064e\u0646\u0650\u064a \u0645\u0650\u0646\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0644\u0652\u0643\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0645\u0652\u062a\u064e\u0646\u0650\u064a \u0645\u0650\u0646 \u062a\u064e\u0623\u0652\u0648\u0650\u064a\u0644\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u064e\u062d\u064e\u0627\u062f\u0650\u064a\u062b\u0650 \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0637\u0650\u0631\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0633\u064e\u0651\u0645\u064e\u0627\u0648\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0623\u064e\u0631\u0652\u0636\u0650 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u062a\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0644\u0650\u064a\u0650\u0651\u064a \u0641\u0650\u064a \u0627\u0644\u062f\u064f\u0651\u0646\u064f\u064a\u064e\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0622\u062e\u0650\u0631\u064e\u0629\u0650 \u062a\u064e\u0648\u064e\u0641\u064e\u0651\u0646\u0650\u064a \u0645\u064f\u0633\u0652\u0644\u0650\u0645\u064b\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0644\u0652\u062d\u0650\u0642\u0652\u0646\u0650\u064a \u0628\u0650\u0627\u0644\u0635\u064e\u0651\u0627\u0644\u0650\u062d\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e<\/p>\n<p><i>wa ufawwidu amree il-Allah.\u00a0\u00a0Rabbi qad ataytani mina \u2019l-mulki\u00a0wa \u2018allamtanee min ta\u2019weeli \u2019l-ahaadeeth<\/i>\u00a0\u2013 \u201c<i>O my Lord! Thou hast indeed bestowed on me some power, and taught me something of the interpretation of dreams and events. Thou art my Protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Take Thou my soul (at death) as one submitting to Thy will (as a Muslim), and unite me with the righteous.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0[12:101]<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO Allah, you gave me the\u00a0<i>mulk<\/i>, you gave me the power! You granted to me to be known here and there, and You taught me from the knowledge of the interpretation of dreams and knowledge.\u201d\u00a0 They were envying him.\u00a0 Why could they not be like him? \u201cEliminate him!\u201d How to eliminate him? Plot something not correct against him in order that he will be thrown away.\u00a0 Then we don\u2019t see him anymore.\u00a0 (Gesture of wiping hands).\u00a0 Make a false report on him.\u00a0 Wrong information, discredit him in all kinds of ways, and still they were prophets and doing that.\u00a0 So a saint might do that!<\/p>\n<p>And they did that and they knew they were doing something wrong, but they insisted to do that, because they were dragged like\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Adam (as) was dragged by Satan.\u00a0 They were dragged to do that, but Allah saved Yusuf (as) and Yusuf (as) was close to them.\u00a0 He was going to play with them.\u00a0 It means he was very close to them.\u00a0 He cannot destroy that relationship.\u00a0 He used to work with them, everything, outside.\u00a0 And saints can work with each other, everything, outwardly.\u00a0 Whether they are physically related or spiritually related, they work outwardly, but when there is no way for that jealousy except to hate and kill, at that time, it dresses that person, and he doesn\u2019t find a way out of it.\u00a0 And then he destroys something.\u00a0\u00a0But, Allah (swt) is merciful.\u00a0 How did it end up? Because they were prophets.\u00a0 They came and bowed to\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Yusuf (as) and said, \u201cYa Yusuf, we recognize we were wrong.\u00a0 You were right.\u00a0 Forgive us.\u201d\u00a0 So Allah still, to his saints, He gives a kind of\u2026 we say \u201c<i>hifz<\/i>\u201d in Arabic, protection.\u00a0 Not \u2018<i>isma<\/i>\u2014\u2018<i>isma<\/i>\u00a0is for prophets.\u00a0 Purity.\u00a0 Protection is for saints.\u00a0 If they do something wrong, because all their lives they were doing good, Allah gives them an excuse, forgives them.\u00a0 So\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Yusuf (as) and his brothers are prophets, so Allah (swt) brought them and showed them that they made a mistake.<\/p>\n<p>And Yusuf\u00a0(as), when his father was crying because of that problem, his eyes\u2026 he became blind.\u00a0 So any confusion within a group that is spiritually connected to one another under the banner of a shaykh, the shaykh will cry when he sees a fitna that is not necessary to be there.\u00a0 He will cry and his eyes will be blinded.\u00a0 It means he doesn\u2019t want to see that.\u00a0 He doesn\u2019t want to see that fitna.\u00a0 They will be disconnected.\u00a0 Until they ask peacefulness back, and forgiveness.\u00a0 Then he forgives them.\u00a0 And what happened?\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Yusuf\u00a0(as) sent his shirt to his father, saying to his brothers:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u0642\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e \u0644\u0627\u064e \u062a\u064e\u062b\u0652\u0631\u064e\u064a\u0628\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0643\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u064a\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u064e \u064a\u064e\u063a\u0652\u0641\u0650\u0631\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0647\u064f \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0648\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0648\u064e \u0623\u064e\u0631\u0652\u062d\u064e\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0631\u064e\u0651\u0627\u062d\u0650\u0645\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e<\/p>\n<p><i>Qaala la tathreeba \u2018alaykumu al-yawma yaghfiru Allahu lakum wa huwa arhamu\u2019r-rahimeen<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>He said: \u201cThis day let no reproach be (cast) on you: Allah will forgive you, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy!\u201d\u00a0<\/i>[12:92]<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u0641\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0651\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0646 \u062c\u064e\u0627\u0621 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0628\u064e\u0634\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064f \u0623\u064e\u0644\u0652\u0642\u064e\u0627\u0647\u064f \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0649 \u0648\u064e\u062c\u0652\u0647\u0650\u0647\u0650 \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0631\u0652\u062a\u064e\u062f\u064e\u0651 \u0628\u064e\u0635\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064b\u0627<\/p>\n<p><i>Fa lamma an ja\u2019a al-basheeru alqaahu \u2018ala wajhihi fartadda baseera,\u201d Then when the bearer of the good news came, He cast (the shirt) over his face, and he forthwith regained clear sight.\u00a0<\/i>[12:96]<\/p>\n<p>He could see again.\u00a0 It means he restored that relationship.\u00a0 He forgave his brothers for the mistake of Yusuf\u00a0(as).<\/p>\n<p>So the shaykh will be unhappy because of that situation.\u00a0 And those are\u2014those authorized around the shaykh in these areas of countries where fitna comes out, they will be unhappy also.\u00a0 But, with their softness, and with their coolness, and with their open hearts, they forgive.\u00a0 So why to come to that situation when we can avoid that situation? It is not accepted in Islam, and in Shari\u2019ah.<\/p>\n<p>And I will bring, from Grandshaykh\u2019s stories and examples, I will bring this.\u00a0 He said, one time the Prophet (s) said, \u201cThat\u00a0<i>Sahabi<\/i>\u00a0is not going to enter Paradise.\u201d\u00a0 A Companion! The Prophet (s) is teaching us.\u00a0 Of course, Companions will enter Paradise.\u00a0 But Prophet\u00a0(s) wants to clean him and bring his attention to his bad action. Meaning, \u201cDrop this bad action.\u201d\u00a0 Because the Prophet\u00a0(s) came to teach us\u00a0<i>Shari\u2018ah<\/i>\u00a0and discipline.\u00a0 So he wanted to teach us that that was wrong, so he said to that Companion, \u201cYou are not going to enter Paradise if you are going to keep practicing that bad action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Why? Because he would usually, when sitting with other people, if anyone passed in the street \u2013 at that time there were very small alleys, small streets\u2014as people would pass he would greet them:\u00a0 \u201cOh! Hello! You are very good, you are missing me! Where are you! What are you doing! I love you! Come to my home! You are the best! You are this! You are that! You are the generous one! You are the most beautiful one! You are the cleverest one! You are the most handsome one! You are the most knowledgeable one!\u201d That other one would become very happy.<\/p>\n<p>And then when that one left, he would tell his people, \u201cHe is the\u00a0worst\u00a0one.\u00a0 He is\u00a0nothing.\u00a0 He is\u00a0garbage.\u00a0 He is\u00a0dumb.\u00a0 We have to throw him away.\u201d\u00a0 And he would begin to backbite and throw him with\u00a0<i>bughtaan<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>ghiba<\/i>and\u00a0<i>nameema<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>So there are people today in front of you, \u201cOh! You are the best one! I love you! I didn\u2019t see you! Where are you!\u201d Hugging you, kissing you, and then when you go, \u201cOh! That is wrong belief! I am correcting their belief.\u00a0 They are doing this wrong.\u00a0 They are making fitna.\u00a0 They are taking you as trade.\u00a0 They are not clarifying everything.\u201d\u00a0 That is not accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Always, Grandshaykh and Mawlana Shaykh Nazim\u00a0prohibited\u00a0speaking behind the back something bad, and in front of them something nice.\u00a0 That is\u00a0<i>haram<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a problem with these people who are passing on the street or alley, you speak with them directly.\u00a0 Check what is wrong.\u00a0 If anyone, in Mawlana Shaykh\u2019s murids or representatives\u2014you have a problem, speak directly, face-to-face, solve the problem.\u00a0 Not fighting.\u00a0 It is not necessary.<\/p>\n<p>I will jump to a different subject.<\/p>\n<p>The other subject is that I will give more examples of what I gave examples of in previous lectures, examples of muraqabah.\u00a0 I will give one from Grandshaykh\u2019s papers.\u00a0\u00a0And no one can say \u201cNo\u201d to that.\u00a0 One time,\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u2018Abdul Qadir Jilani (q) said to his murids\u2014this means to those in his\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, in his rope or chain\u2014that is\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.\u00a0 It means all the people who accepted his initiation.\u00a0 When we say\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, we are connecting with our shaykh, remembering that we are renewing our relationship with him, that he connects us with Prophet (s), connects us with the Divine Presence.\u00a0 So he said to his murids, \u201cToday\u2026\u201d\u00a0 And those were authorized representatives,\u00a0highrepresentative murids, and normal murids.\u00a0 He said, \u201cToday, I want everyone of you to go and slaughter a rooster, a chicken, in a place where no one can see you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So they went, and one came after one hour.\u00a0 They went everyone, hiding themselves, behind the mountains, behind the hills, behind the market, behind the houses, behind the bushes, behind the trees, behind the jungle, on the sea\u2014everywhere possible where they were able to do it, in Baghdad.\u00a0 They tried their best to do it.\u00a0 One came after one hour, slaughtering the rooster.\u00a0 One came after two hours.\u00a0 One came after three hours.\u00a0 One at this time, one at another time.\u00a0 And only one was left.\u00a0 He didn\u2019t come.\u00a0 And Maghrib came and they could not find him.\u00a0 And then the next day he came, and the rooster was in his hand, coming to\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u00a0 The rooster was still alive.\u00a0 He said, \u201cAll of your friends came, and they have slaughtered their roosters already.\u00a0 Why were you late? I asked you to hide yourself in a place where no one can see you slaughter, and come back to me.\u00a0 What happened to you?\u201d He said, \u201cO my master, you asked me to slaughter where no one could see me.\u201d\u00a0 And no one can deny this story of Grandshaykh.\u00a0 He said, \u201cI was\u2026 All the murids, as a\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, as a group of a chain or a rope, went together.\u00a0 And then they separated on their own.\u00a0 And then they came together.\u00a0 That\u2019s\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, they go together and come together.\u00a0 They are his group,\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Abdul Qadir Jilani\u2019s group.\u00a0 But every one went a different way, he reached out in his own way to\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u00a0 Because they are in the same group, but everyone is looking at their shaykh in a different way.\u00a0 They were in constant<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0to the shaykh.\u00a0 They were constantly looking\u2014what he would do they would do.\u00a0 So that was a very highly inspired murid, and he was an authorized one.\u00a0 He said, \u201cO my shaykh, I was looking, focusing, meditating, thinking.\u201d\u00a0 How do they say in muraqabah, thinking is\u00a0<i>kufr<\/i>? Or \u201cMuraqabah, meditation, is\u00a0<i>kufr<\/i>\u2014you cannot do it except to Allah!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><i>Rabitah<\/i>, you can do it to shaykh.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Rabitah<\/i>\u00a0is a chain! Is a rope.\u00a0 All of you, you are there.\u00a0 Of course.\u00a0 That has nothing to do with muraqabah.\u00a0 But muraqabah is that you have to see how the discipline of the shaykh is.\u00a0 How he is doing, you do.\u00a0 It means, you are always in his presence.\u00a0 So what did he say?<\/p>\n<p>And this is the answer.<\/p>\n<p>He said, \u201cO my shaykh! I was focusing and meditating, I went to the hill to slaughter the rooster where no one could see me.\u00a0 I saw you there.\u00a0 I went to the beach where no one could see me, I saw you there.\u00a0 I went to the forest, and with my meditation I saw you there with my heart, or with my focusing in my mind and my heart.\u00a0\u00a0Always you are present! Anywhere I went, I didn\u2019t find an empty space where you were not there with me, and I am in your presence.\u00a0 So your presence is always with me, and from you I was able, through your presence, to reach the presence of Prophet\u00a0(s), and reaching the presence of Allah\u00a0(swt).\u00a0 So there was no place empty in this universe, in this world, that I could reach, that was empty of you, empty of Prophet\u00a0(s), empty from Allah\u00a0(swt).\u00a0 Wherever I direct my face, I was seeing you.\u00a0 Wherever I direct my face, I was feeling the presence of Prophet\u00a0(s), wherever I direct my face, I was feeling the Presence of Allah\u00a0(swt).\u00a0 So how could I slaughter the rooster? I was in continuous\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>, and you were there, everywhere.\u00a0 So I didn\u2019t find any place empty.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t find a place where you were not, or where Prophet\u00a0(s) was not, or where Allah\u00a0(swt) was not there.<\/p>\n<p>This is Grandshaykh\u2019s story of\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0\u2018Abdul Qadir Jilani, with his student, to slaughter a rooster in a place that no one is there.\u00a0 And the answer of the murid, he said, \u201cYou are my\u00a0<i>khalifa<\/i>.\u00a0 You are the only one that understood what is the meaning of\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>, may Allah support you.\u00a0 I am sending you as an authorized person, to give teaching around the world.<\/p>\n<p>The third story of Grandshaykh for today is that he said one time, a murid of\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0\u2018Abdul Qadir Jilani (q) died.\u00a0 And this is Grandshaykh\u2019s story, Sultanul Awliya, Sayyidi Shaykh Abdullah al-Fa\u2019iz ad-Daghestani, and<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani.\u00a0 It is their story.\u00a0 It is not my story, or someone else\u2019s story.\u00a0 It is Grandshaykh\u2019s story.\u00a0 He said, \u201cOne time, one murid of\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Abdul Qadir Jilani died.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Azra\u2019il came, took his soul, and went.\u00a0 They buried him.\u00a0 And the two angelsof questioning, Ankar and Nakir, came.\u00a0 Saints can see.\u00a0 They are not easy.\u00a0 They are strong.\u00a0 Allah\u00a0gave\u00a0them power.\u00a0 When\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Muhammad (s) was speaking in the fight of Badr, he was speaking to the unbelievers when they died, and they buried them, did you see what Allah promised you as Haqq? It means, \u201cDid you see you are going to lose and go to Jahannam?\u201d Sahaba said, \u201cYa Rasulallah, they will hear you?\u201d You are seeing and can hear them? He said, \u201cYes.\u00a0 They can hear and they can see.\u00a0 They are seeing me and hearing me.\u201d\u00a0 Saints are the inheritors of Prophet (s).\u00a0 If Prophet (s) gives them something, they will carry it.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Sayyidina<\/i>\u00a0Abdul Qadir Jilani was one of the Sultans of Awliya.<\/p>\n<p>So Ankar and Nakir came, the two angels of after-death, and wanted to ask questions of that man.\u00a0 Any question they ask, he says \u201c\u2019Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u201d\u00a0 They ask, \u201cWho is your Creator?\u201d \u201c\u2019Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u201d\u00a0 \u201cWhat is your religion?\u201d \u201c\u2019Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u201d\u00a0 \u201cWhat is your Holy Book?\u201d \u201c\u2019Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u201d\u00a0 To everything, he says, \u201c\u2019Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u201d\u00a0 It means, \u201cI am annihilated in \u2018Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u00a0 Don\u2019t ask me.\u00a0 Ask him.\u00a0 I was always, in\u00a0<i>dunya<\/i>, in his presence, and in\u00a0<i>akhira<\/i>, in his presence.\u201d\u00a0 It means that presence\u2026 The first level is love (<i>mahabbat<\/i>), love of the shaykh, love of Prophet (s), love of Allah (swt).\u00a0 Then there is presence (<i>hudur<\/i>), presence of the Prophet (s), presence of the shaykh, then it reaches us to annihilation (<i>fana<\/i>) in Allah, in Prophet (s), and in the shaykh.\u00a0 So that presence, that\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>, that meditation, that he was not seeing except \u2018Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u00a0 So how do you say that\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is\u00a0<i>kufr<\/i>? Or that\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is\u00a0<i>shirk<\/i>? \u201cYou cannot do\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><i>Muraqabah<\/i>\u2014that murid was still in the first level of\u00a0<i>Hudur<\/i>\u00a0(Presence).\u00a0 He was seeing everything coming from his shaykh.\u00a0 This is the discipline of\u00a0<i>tariqa<\/i>, obedience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObey Allah, obey Prophet (s), and obey those in authority over you.\u201d\u00a0 He will take you to Prophet (s).\u00a0 So when he was still in that level, after\u00a0<i>mahabbatullah<\/i>,\u00a0<i>mahabbatul-Habib<\/i>,\u00a0<i>mahabbatul-mashaykh<\/i>, he reached the next level which is presence of the shaykh.\u00a0 Wherever he turned his face, he saw the shaykh.\u00a0 Like the other one with the rooster.\u00a0 He didn\u2019t find a place empty from the shaykh.\u00a0 So he was seeing his shaykh.\u00a0 So now the shaykh has to answer Ankar and Nakir.\u00a0 He appeared there for Ankar and Nakir.\u00a0 He answered on his behalf.\u00a0 He said, \u201cIf you grind him, if you grind his body, and make it into pieces, and grind his blood, every drop of his blood and every cell of his body is going to say, \u2018\u2019Abdul Qadir Jilani.\u2019\u201d\u00a0 This is Grandshaykh\u2019s story.\u00a0 It means that muraqabah filled him completely, but he had not yet been able to go to the second level, which is\u00a0<i>muraqabatu\u2019 r<\/i>\u2013<i>Rasul<\/i>(s).\u00a0 So he was in the transition.\u00a0 And he died.\u00a0 So if he had been able to reach\u00a0<i>muraqabatu \u2019r-Rasul<\/i>, he could have reached\u00a0<i>muraqabatullah<\/i>, which is the goal\u2014muraqabah with the Divine Presence.\u00a0 But the beginning\u00a0hasto be through the shaykh.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle, as Mawlana explained in one of his lectures recently,\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0has to be\u00a0with the shaykh in the shaykh, and looking at the Shaykh, and he gave the example of a driver\u2019s education car, where you have the real driver and a student driver.\u00a0 The driver has a steering wheel and has gas and brake and acceleration.\u00a0 The student has the same thing.\u00a0 So the student is driving, and the teacher is looking, directing him.\u00a0 And if the student is making a mistake, he is looking at his teacher who corrects him.\u00a0 So he is in continuous\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>, continuous meditation with the shaykh and he is driving, with the driver and he is driving, with the teacher and he is driving.\u00a0 So if he makes a mistake, the Shaykh pulls him up quickly.<\/p>\n<p>So that\u00a0<i>murid<\/i>\u00a0was fully in the presence of \u2018Abdul Qadir Jilani\u2014no answer for him.\u00a0 He cannot answer, what can he say? He has already been taken, possessed\u2014not possessed by\u00a0<i>jinn<\/i>, but dressed with that reality of presence.\u00a0 There is no way out of it now, until he goes to the presence of Prophet (s) and the Presence of Allah, but his time of death came before he reached that.\u00a0 He reached it later, in the grave.<\/p>\n<p>Always\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>\u00a0has to be to the shaykh, always\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0has to be to the shaykh.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Rabitah<\/i>\u00a0is always to the shaykh because you are in his chain.\u00a0 And then he takes you and puts you in the chain of Prophet (s), or the rope of Prophet (s), and Prophet (s) puts you in the rope of Allah where he says,<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0639\u0652\u062a\u064e\u0635\u0650\u0645\u064f\u0648\u0627\u0652 \u0628\u0650\u062d\u064e\u0628\u0652\u0644\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0647\u0650 \u062c\u064e\u0645\u0650\u064a\u0639\u064b\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0644\u0627\u064e \u062a\u064e\u0641\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0651\u0642\u064f\u0648\u0627\u0652<\/p>\n<p><i>wa\u2019tasimu bi hablillahi jami\u2019an wa laa tafarraqu<\/i>, \u2013 \u201c<i>hold tight to the rope of Allah, and don\u2019t separate<\/i>\u201d\u2026 (3:103)<\/p>\n<p>You will reach the final destination.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is\u00a0the love of Allah, love of Prophet (s).\u00a0 That is the way, what you have to do.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Rabitah<\/i>\u00a0is to attach yourself to the shaykh, to the Prophet (s), to Allah by taking that initiation.\u00a0 Like appointing an \u2018<i>amir<\/i>.\u00a0 If you are three, Prophet (s) said, \u201cAppoint one `<i>amir<\/i>\u00a0on you.\u201d\u00a0 It means, connect with that \u2018<i>amir<\/i>, and listen to what he says.\u00a0 That is finished.\u00a0 We took his hand, we made initiation, we are in his group.\u00a0 That is\u00a0<i>rabitah<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>But\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is how you are going to follow a certain method in your lifetime in order to discipline yourself and learn the characteristics and good behavior and characteristics of the shaykh.\u00a0 Through\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u2014Sahaba used to look at Prophet (s) and try to follow in his footsteps.\u00a0 And Allah said<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u0642\u064f\u0644\u0652 \u0625\u0650\u0646 \u0643\u064f\u0646\u062a\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u062a\u064f\u062d\u0650\u0628\u064f\u0651\u0648\u0646\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0647\u064e \u0641\u064e\u0627\u062a\u064e\u0651\u0628\u0650\u0639\u064f\u0648\u0646\u0650\u064a \u064a\u064f\u062d\u0652\u0628\u0650\u0628\u0652\u0643\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0647\u064f \u0648\u064e\u064a\u064e\u063a\u0652\u0641\u0650\u0631\u0652 \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0630\u064f\u0646\u064f\u0648\u0628\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0647\u064f \u063a\u064e\u0641\u064f\u0648\u0631\u064c \u0631\u064e\u0651\u062d\u0650\u064a\u0645\u064c<\/p>\n<p><i>In kuntum tuhibboonallah, fattabi\u2019oonee yuhbibkumullah<\/i>\u00a0<i>wa yaghfir lakum dhunoobakum wallahu ghafoorun raheem \u2013 \u201cif you really love Allah follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins: For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0[3:31]<\/p>\n<p>So\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is\u00a0love.\u00a0 You really love Allah, follow my footsteps to Muhammad\u00a0(s), Allah will love you.\u00a0 So the\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is to follow the footsteps of Prophet\u00a0(s), which also means the footsteps of the inheritors of Prophet\u00a0(s).\u00a0 So when you look, it takes you first to love,\u00a0<i>mahabbatullah<\/i>, the love of Prophet (s), love of the Shaykh.\u00a0 Then it takes you to a higher level: Presence of the Shaykh, Presence of the Prophet (s), Presence of Allah. Then it takes you to a yet higher level: Annihilation in the Shaykh, Annihilation in the Prophet (s), Annihilation in Allah (swt).\u00a0 Those are the three levels, which go together, from the first level to the second to the third.<\/p>\n<p>And they are parallel to\u00a0<i>\u2018Ilmu \u2019l-yaqeen<\/i>,\u00a0<i>\u2018Aynu \u2019l-Yaqeen<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Haqqu \u2019l-Yaqeen<\/i>.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Mahabba<\/i>\u00a0gives you\u00a0<i>\u2018ilm<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Hudur<\/i>\u00a0gives you\u00a0<i>\u2018Aynu \u2019l-Yaqeen<\/i>, and Annihilation (<i>Fana<\/i>) gives you\u00a0<i>Haqqu \u2019l-Yaqeen<\/i>.\u00a0 With\u00a0<i>Mahabba<\/i>, you can hear.\u00a0<i>\u2018Ilmu \u2019l-yaqeen<\/i>, knowledge comes to you by hearing.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Hudur<\/i>\u00a0means you are in the presence of the shaykh, it means you are in\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>, you are looking\u2014vision.\u00a0 And that\u2019s why it gives you \u2018<i>Aynu \u2019l-yaqeen<\/i>, the\u00a0reality\u00a0of seeing.\u00a0 The second level on the parallel side.\u00a0 The third level of Annihilation is paralleled by\u00a0<i>Haqqu \u2019l-Yaqeen,<\/i>\u00a0the reality of seeing, now.\u00a0 You have the knowledge, you have the vision, then it gives you the truth, the real truth.<\/p>\n<p>So this is the way of\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>.\u00a0 It has to guide you through your journey of Gnosticism.\u00a0 You cannot say, \u201cNo, there is no\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>.\u00a0 Or\u00a0<i>muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is\u00a0<i>kufr<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0 Then you change your mind to say, \u201c<i>Muraqabah<\/i>\u00a0is allowed to the shaykh but not allowed to this or to that.\u201d\u00a0 You are every day jumping like the scholars of today.\u00a0 One day they give a\u00a0<i>fatwa<\/i>\u00a0that this issue is okay, and the next day they change the\u00a0<i>fatwa<\/i>\u00a0because they see their regime saying, \u201cNo, change it now!\u201d For politicians your\u00a0<i>fatwa<\/i>\u00a0was not okay so you change it.\u00a0 You change your\u00a0<i>fatwa<\/i>\u00a0so that you can hold your chair.\u00a0 So the \u2018<i>ulama<\/i>\u00a0begin to change their\u00a0<i>fatwa<\/i>.\u00a0 It\u2019s like a chameleon.\u00a0 One day changing one\u00a0<i>fatwa<\/i>, the next day changing to a different\u00a0<i>fatwa<\/i>.\u00a0 In\u00a0<i>tariqa<\/i>\u00a0you cannot play that.\u00a0\u00a0<i>Tariqa<\/i>\u00a0is straightforward.\u00a0 You say the\u00a0truth!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">\u0648\u064e\u0642\u064f\u0644\u0652 \u062c\u064e\u0627\u0621 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062d\u064e\u0642\u064f\u0651 \u0648\u064e\u0632\u064e\u0647\u064e\u0642\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0628\u064e\u0627\u0637\u0650\u0644\u064f \u0625\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0628\u064e\u0627\u0637\u0650\u0644\u064e \u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e \u0632\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0648\u0642\u064b\u0627<\/p>\n<p><i>Wa qul ja\u2019 al-Haqq, wa zahaqal baatilu, innal baatila kaana zahooqa<\/i>.\u00a0 \u201c<i>Say truth came and falsehood vanished;
