O Believers, O Muslims! Insha-Allah<\/em>, Allah swt will perfect our Islam to make us real Muslims. Before I enter the\u00a0Khutba<\/i>, I\u2019d like to mention to you a small story that happened with me in Mt. View here, four years ago. We used to make some sessions for non-Muslims in the evening and they come, in a space like that, where they do martial arts and I do some advice or lecture and we prayed\u00a0salaat al-`Isha<\/i>\u00a0and we recite some of Allah swt\u2019s Attributes and we go. For many years we were doing that.<\/p>\n One time one person came and he was between the people and he was around 90-95 years of age. He was sitting on a chair. He was not a Muslim. I gave the advice then I spoke, then we prayed\u00a0salaat al-`Isha<\/i>\u00a0and then we recited some of Allah\u2019s Holy Names.<\/p>\n The next week he came back. We did the same thing and at the need he came to me and said, \u201cI like what you have said. And I am someone who is lost. I like to listen to more of what you are saying. I will come back.\u201d<\/p>\n Subhanallah<\/i>, look a man who has reached 90 years and he is still lost.<\/p>\n He came back Thursday. He liked what I said and said, \u201cI want to be Muslim.\u201d He asked to be Muslim and asked to be taught to pray.<\/p>\n He took\u00a0shahada<\/i>\u00a0and he left.<\/p>\n The next week he returned and said, \u201cI am learning to pray.\u201d<\/p>\n So the next week we came back, but he did not come and the following week he did not come. And I asked, \u201cWhere is he?\u201d They told me, \u201cHe died.\u201d<\/p>\n That person was 90 or 95 years old and he was guided to Islam. What do you think Allah will do for him? He did whatever he did in his life, but Prophet said, \u201cal-Islam yajib ma qabluha<\/i>.\u201d \u2013 \u201cIslam cleans what came before it.\u201d<\/p>\n So Allah guided him to Islam. And for sure he will be going to paradise, insha-Allah.<\/p>\n What is wisdom of that story? So try to grasp it.<\/p>\n You don\u2019t know when you will die. You might die at seventy or at seven or you might die at ninety.<\/p>\n That is a reminder that he entered Islam.<\/p>\n \u0625\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651\u0643\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0647\u0652\u062f\u0650\u064a \u0645\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u0623\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0628\u064e\u0628\u0652\u062a\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0643\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0647\u064e \u064a\u064e\u0647\u0652\u062f\u0650\u064a \u0645\u064e\u0646 \u064a\u064e\u0634\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064f \u0648\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0648\u064e \u0623\u064e\u0639\u0652\u0644\u064e\u0645\u064f \u0628\u0650\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0647\u0652\u062a\u064e\u062f\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e<\/p>\n \u201cinnnaka la tahdee man ahbabtata wa laakin Allaha yahdee man yasha\u2019 wa Hua `alamu bil-muhtadeen<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt is true thou wilt not be able to guide every one, whom thou lovest; but Allah guides those whom He will and He knows best those who receive guidance.\u201d\u00a0<\/i>[28:56]<\/p>\n That is a reminder of death. And the Prophet (s) used to lay down after the\u00a0Sunnah<\/i>\u00a0prayers of\u00a0salaat al-Fajr<\/i>\u00a0and that was for us to follow to remind ourselves of the grave.<\/p>\n If we don\u2019t remind ourselves of that condition that is eventually coming, we might be lost. If we don\u2019t purify our souls as Allah said,\u00a0\u0642\u064e\u062f\u0652 \u0623\u064e\u0641\u0652\u0644\u064e\u062d\u064e \u0645\u064e\u0646 \u0632\u064e\u0643\u064e\u0651\u0627\u0647\u064e\u0627\u00a0\u201cqad aflaha man zakaaha.\u201d \u2013 \u201cHe succeeds who purifies it.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0[91:9]<\/p>\n Allah and the Prophet gave us signs. Don\u2019t think this dunya is lasting forever. You don\u2019t know when the last day will come but there are signs. You don\u2019t know when death will come. Prophet (s) said<\/p>\n \u00a0\u0628\u064f\u0639\u0650\u062b\u0652\u062a\u064f \u0623\u0646\u0627 \u0648 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0627\u0639\u0629\u064f \u0643\u0647\u0627\u062a\u064a\u0652\u0646\u00a0(\u0623\u062e\u0631\u062c\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0628\u062e\u0627\u0631\u064a \u0641\u064a \u0643\u062a\u0627\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0651\u0641\u0633\u064a\u0631)<\/p>\n \u201cbu`ithu<\/i>\u00a0ana was-sa`ati kahatayn<\/i>\u201d \u2013 \u201cI was sent as close to the Hour as these two fingers,\u201d[1]<\/a>\u00a0holding up the shahada and index fingers.<\/p>\n One of the Signs is as the Prophet (s) told us, when the trust between people is lost.<\/p>\n Someone is sleeping and the next day he wakes up and wants to make a conspiracy against his brother or sister. That is mentioned 1400 years ago in the hadith of the Prophet (s).<\/p>\n Ibn Mas`ud (r) related that the Prophet (s) said, \u201cAwwala ma tafqudunu min deenakum al-amaana<\/i>\u201d \u2013 \u201cThe first you are going to lose of your religion is trust between people.<\/p>\n You go any place, you cannot find three people on the same heart. There is no more trust between people in what one person says.<\/p>\n \u201cWa akhira ma tafquduna min deenakum as-salat.\u201d \u2013 \u201cand the last thing you are going to lose of your religion is the prayer.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n Are Muslims today praying? Six billion Muslims. Go to mosques. How many Muslims do you find in the mosque? Very few. Where are the Muslims?<\/p>\n That hadith warns: \u201cYou are going to lose the trust between people and you are going to lose the prayer between people.\u201d<\/p>\n Go to Fajr prayer at any mosque \u2013 how many people are there: five, seven. Go to\u00a0salaat adh-Dhuhr<\/i>prayer in any mosque, you find no one, people are praying in their cubicles. Dunya became more important than\u00a0akhira<\/i>\u00a0for Muslims. Muslims are standing up in mosques, calling to change policies and politics and we are not able to change ourselves. We want to change the world but we cannot change ourselves, and yet it is better that we change ourselves.<\/p>\n \u201cMan `arifa nafasahu `arafa rabbahu<\/i>\u201d \u2013 \u201cWhoever knows himself knows his Lord.\u201d You must know how tiny you are in front of Allah.<\/p>\n If you can change yourself.<\/p>\n So the Prophet (s) taught don\u2019t lose the trust or that will be the first Sign of the Last Days.<\/p>\n Sayyidina `Umar (s) said, \u201cThe first thing to be raised from the people is\u00a0al-amaana<\/i>, the trust.\u201d Are we not going to believe it from him? If we are really Muslims and he said,\u00a0\u201cAwwala ma yurfa` min al-Muslimeen al-amaanat<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n Allah said<\/p>\n \u00a0\u0625\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651\u0627 \u0639\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0636\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0623\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e\u0629\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u064e\u0651\u0645\u064e\u0627\u0648\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0623\u064e\u0631\u0652\u0636\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u062c\u0650\u0628\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0650 \u0641\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0646\u064e \u0623\u064e\u0646 \u064a\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u0650\u0644\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0634\u0652\u0641\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0646\u064e \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u062d\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0625\u0650\u0646\u0633\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064f \u0625\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651\u0647\u064f \u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e \u0638\u064e\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0645\u0627\u064b \u062c\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0648\u0644\u0627\u064b<\/i><\/p>\n \u201cfa `aradna al-amaantu `ala as-samawaati wal-ardi wal-jibaal fa abayna an yahmilnaaha wa ashfaqna minha wa hamalahu\u2019l-insaana innahu kaana dhalooman jahoola<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cWe did indeed offer the Trust to the Heavens and the Earth and the Mountains; but they refused to undertake it, being afraid thereof: but man undertook it;- He was indeed unjust and foolish<\/i>.\u201d [33:72]<\/p>\n What is the\u00a0amaanat<\/i>. It is Allah\u2019s Orders. He showed that to the heavens and earth and the mountains and they were shaking; they refused and they felt utterly unable to carry it and the human being carried it. We carried it, we said, \u201cWe will take it.\u201d And Allah said, \u201cYou take it and you are an oppressor, ignorant.\u201d We took it, and when you take a promise you must keep it. Allah gave it as fifty prayers, in\u00a0`alam al-arwaah<\/i>, the world of souls. With the Prophet\u2019s (s) request and du`a and it was reduced to five prayers. And still we are going to lose it, the Prophet (s) predicted it.<\/p>\n And Umar (r) said, \u201cThe trust will be raised.\u201d<\/p>\n That is why Shaytan comes to people and gossips in their heart. People come to me and say, \u201cPray for me to have strong Iman.\u201d I say, \u201cWhat is the problem, we are all the same?\u201d They say, \u201cShaytan comes and whispers in my heart, \u2018there is no Allah; no Prophet.\u2019\u201d that is taken away. Because thataamanat<\/i>\u00a0is taken away.<\/p>\n \u201cWa akhira ma yabqa as-salaat<\/i>.\u201d \u2013\u00a0 \u201cand the last of what is left [from the religion] is the prayer.\u201d<\/p>\n What is left is a habit that people are doing as a custom, for in their countries they were raised to do the five prayers. Many people don\u2019t pray because they believe but only because they will be ashamed in front of their brothers and sisters. I travel a lot and some people are praying out of fear, they are forced, and others are praying out of belief. And the rest of the Muslims are not praying. They go to movie theaters, 3-4 hours and they lose their prayers. Today no one is keeping their prayers.<\/p>\n And what did Sayyidina `Umar (r) say? He said, \u201cwa rubba yusalli la khayru feehi<\/i>\u201d \u2013 \u201cand perhaps a person is a prayer by there is no good in him.\u201d Because he is praying without sincerity.<\/p>\n \u0625\u0630\u0627 \u0636\u064f\u064a\u0650\u0651\u0639\u064e\u062a\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0645\u0627\u0646\u064e\u0629 \u0641\u0627\u0646\u0652\u062a\u064e\u0638\u0650\u0631\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0627\u0639\u0629 ( \u0627\u0644\u0628\u062e\u0627\u0631\u064a\u064e)<\/p>\n
