Mawlana
Shaykh Hisham Kabbani gives a talk on Sufism/Tassawuf at the
"Secrets
of the Heart II" event that was held at Rackham Auditorium (University
of Michigan - Ann Arbor).

 Imam
Taher Siddiqui speaks on Islamic Mysticism, Mawlid and Dhikrullah.   
Shaykh As-Sayed Nurjan Mirahmadi speaks on the importance of the breath as well as the connection between energy, movement, and the martial arts, specifically Seni Silat Haqq, "The Art of Truth".

| The
evening ended with an ensemble of over 40 members of the Naqshbandi
Sufi Tariqat conducting the Dhikrullah and Mawlid. |

 During the Mawlid, a special "Honoring of Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi" was offered with the performance of the "Whirling Ceremony."              
|
|
After the Mawlid and Dhikrullah, hundreds of people from the audience gathered to partake in Bayot from Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani.

In recognition of their diligence to promote love, peace, and tolerance, and for having compassion for all people and nations, we dedicate this award for outstanding world achievements to: Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Adil al-Qubrusi al-Haqqani and Shaykh Hisham Kabbani al-Haqqani of the Most Distinguished Naqshbandi Sufi Order.

| The "Secrets of the Heart II" program opened with the "Call to Prayer," or Adhan    Imam
Sahib Mahmoud, of As-Siddiq Institute and Mosque (Burton, MI), calling
the Adhan.
